If you have already been screened and received your Volunteer Identification Card, please note that your card will expire 2 years from the date it was issued. At that time, you will need to submit a new Volunteer Application to the Community Involvement Office. Please check your ID card to see when it expires so you can apply for a new one during the month your current card expires.
