SCHOOL HOLIDAYS November 25th – Weather Day November 26th-29th – Thanksgiving Break IMPORTANT NOTICES

Parents, it is critical that we have accurate emergency contact

information listed on your child’s blue card. We have had several occasions where we have been unable to contact parents because the phone numbers that we have on file are no longer correct. Please make sure that we have the most up-to-date way of contacting you, should the need arise. This includes home, work and cell phone numbers. Thank you for your cooperation.

Parents, we are only allowed to have your child’s medicine at school if you have completed the necessary paperwork authorizing us to dispense it to your child. We are not allowed to receive medicine from one parent and hold it to be picked up by the other parent. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

As stated on p.42 of the Code of Conduct, there will be no early dismissals after

2:15 p.m. on regular dismissal days and 1:00 p.m. on “Early Release” days, unless authorized by a school administrator. We appreciate your cooperation.
