TERMS/CONDITIONS: Pricing: The prices prevailing at the time of the shipment will apply on all orders. Prices are subject to change without notice. Possession of TKO catalogs, product sheets and/or price lists do not constitute an offer. TKO reserves the right to reject any order. Constant Improvements: In the interest of better quality and value, TKO is constantly improving and updating our products. TKO reserves the right to change colors, features and packaging to the entire product range. Minimum Orders: $500 for any opening order. $100 for all re-orders. TKO will not accept verbal orders. All orders accepted by TKO must be in writing to constitute a firm purchase. Drop Shipments: TKO offers a drop ship program for established accounts and their customers. A $5.00 service charge will be applied to all drop ship orders. Customers will need to provide TKO with their preferred freight carrier for billing & tracking information. Case Pack Quantities: All orders received must be in TKO standard case pack quantities. Availability: Most items are available to ship immediately upon receipt of a written purchase order. However some items may have lead times. Please contact your sales representative at the time of order for current stock status. TKO is not responsible for any freight charges associated with back orders.
X. TERMS/CONDITIONS & WARRANTIES
Payment and Credit Terms: Pre-paid before shipping. We accept Cash, Cashier Check/Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A 15% handling charge will be imposed on canceled orders that have been packed. COD Orders will not be accepted. All custom orders will not be put into production until the payment is received. No credit terms will be granted unless authorized by our credit department. Established accounts with approved credit receive NET 30 DAYS. Please allow (14) working days for credit approval.

Shipping Terms: All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse. Orders shipped via common carrier are “dock to dock”. All freight quotes are an estimate only and may be subject to change at the time of shipping. Special services such as lift gate and/or inside delivery, residential delivery, or advance notice, may require an additional charge. Inside delivery does not include installation and is only brought inside the 1st threshold. Deliveries that require utilizing stairs or elevators will result in extra fees. Any extra fees applied at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Please specify your requirements when placing your order. Customers should note on all purchase orders their “preferred” freight carrier. Shortages/Damages: Each shipment is carefully counted and inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please inspect each shipment on receipt of merchandise, noting any discrepancy on the freight bill at time of delivery. Discrepancies or damages, which occur in transit, are the carrier’s responsibility and a claim should be filed immediately with the carrier. Claims for shortages must be filed with TKO within (7) days from the time the shipment is received. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
