TIPPLER’S TIME

ALUNA RUM Aluna combines all-natural toasted coconut flavours to create a silkily smooth rum. Combining rums sourced from Guatemala and the Caribbean, the Guatemalan rum used in the blend is made with virgin sugar cane honey (known as miel de caña) which is fermented using a unique strain of yeast from pineapple, making the rum lighter and smoother with a natural sweetness, before the spirit is lightly aged in oak. Selected Caribbean rums add the classic wellloved rum taste, before lightly toasted natural coconut adds an extra element to the final flavour. Once combined, the rum is cut with organic coconut water for the final touch to ensure a smooth and clean finish. The term Aluna relates to the lunar cycle. If you look closely at the label, you will see the design incorporates phases of the moon alongside the mandala design, a spiritual symbol for the universe.

Thanks to its ingredients and distillation method, Aluna Coconut is a drier-style rum which contains a fraction of the sugar typically found in rum. Don’t just take our word for it!
