Project Purpose: Update website design to reflect National Psoriasis Foundation engagement goals of increasing walk participants, cultivating more donors and garnering additional volunteers Comments: Developed visual templates to be implemented site-wide to provide consistency as well as reflect the camaraderie of the walk events. Responsible for wireframes, information architecture, visual design and layout, programming and CSS updates. Worked with web design team on API implementation to streamline registration process and update the participant center.

Project Purpose: Increase usability of psoriasis.org landing page Implemented design changes based on discoveries through usability studies, research of UX principles and philosophy shift of how information on the landing page should be presented to site visitors. Landing Page Redesign Features: - Mission statement added to header reinforce Foundation identity - Sitewide global navigation developed using CSS - Warmer background color for site - Banner graphic tout to promote NPF programs and news - Key information appears “above the fold� - User site-flow changed from a marketing/programming focus to straightforward terms that site visitors can easily understand - Site philosophy changed from promoting National Psoriasis Foundation programs to reaching out to the user based on who they are (e.g. individual with psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, care givers, health care providers, etc.) - Footer includes additional web properties and supplemental sitemap items

PsoMe for Kids www.PsoMe.org Platform: Blackbaud NetCommunity Required skills: CSS, HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Wacom tablet

Project Purpose: Create a microsite for children 6-13 affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis Responsible for working with stakeholders to create wireframes, information architecture, visual design, layout, illustrations, graphic optimization and programming. Side note: This is the first site ever developed specifically for children with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

Psoriasaurus was developed as part of the branding of National Psoriasis Foundation’s youth programming

BioBank Event Signage Required skills: Illustrator

Project Purpose: Create durable signage that can easily be adjusted as blood sample donations increase Signs printed on plastic board to allow for durability and water-resistance at outdoor events across the country. Velcro strips on plastic board allow for easy adjustment of progress arrows.

Project Purpose: Create mark for Creel Construction, L.L.C. that reflects the builder’s focus on bungalow and craftsman homes in the Portland market Comments: A modified “glasgow rose” motif was used to reflect the architectural style as well as Portland’s nickname, the “rose city.”

“Get in the Pool� campaign awarded the Gold Triangle Award from the American Academy of Dermatology

Project Purpose: Encourage those affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis to visit their local public pools and spread awareness that psoriasis is not contagious Comments: Responsible for design and layout of campaign collateral. Illustrations from a previous publication repurposed for the campaign saving on production costs.
