Pastor Julian Womack: Biography Julian Womack is the Pastor at Liberty Worship Center in Stone Mountain, Ga. Pastor Womack was born in the state of Georgia, after completing high school, he joined the U.S. Army. Shortly thereafter, he was transferred to Germany and it was there that he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior. After receiving the Lord Jesus, Pastor Womack felt a strong calling from the Lord into the ministry. Pastor Womack loved the Lord and the Word of God was his passion. His pastor at that time recognized this and set him forth into the ministry. He soon developed into a powerful preacher of the Word. The national overseer for Germany recognized the anointing on this young man and set him forth as the National Youth Director for the country. It was while on duty in Germany that Pastor Womack met his wife Patricia. The Bible declares “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, and He delights in his way.” This is definitely the case in Pastor Womack’s life. After completing his military time in Germany, he was sent to Alexandria, Louisiana where he joined the Church of God of Prophecy organization. Pastor Womack was then appointed as an Associate Pastor to that local church where he served as a faithful member and minister. Upon completion of his military assignment, he and his wife Patricia were asked to pastor their first church on an island called Bayou Chene in Louisiana. Pastor Womack and his wife pastored this church and saw God move miraculously; they were a powerful team. In yielding himself to God’s purpose, God called Pastor Womack and his wife to leave Louisiana and move to Atlanta, Georgia in 1987. It was there that they met the late Bishop Levi Thompson and his wife Desrene. Pastor Womack served under Pastor Thompson for several years until the Lord called him to a specific ministry for those who wanted more of God. It was then that he received the nickname ‘The Preaching Machine’. In the early 90’s, the Spirit of the Lord prompted Pastor Womack to start what is now known as Liberty Worship Center, a powerful, dynamic ministry in Stone Mountain, Georgia, where people freely worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth. Each service reveals the demonstrations of the presence of the Lord. Pastor Womack remains a serious ‘Word Man’ and continues to build upon the foundation laid; Jesus Christ. Pastor Womack has more faith than an average man; he has no hesitancy in doing what God commissions him to do or say, he is truly a visionary. His love for the Lord is seen in his actions toward the Lord - when God says move, he moves, when God says stop, he stops, truly his steps are ordered by the Lord. He’s a humble man with an insatiable passion for making disciples of men and empowering believers. He is a licensed preacher, teacher, and counselor in the Lord’s army. ###
