Software Developer Enters Lease at Acoma Business Center
Hypur Inc., a software development firm for the financial industry, has entered a lease for two suites at the Acoma Business Center. The company develops software that enables financial institutions to utilize technology in an intelligent manner to help manage risk and serve clientele. Commercial Properties Inc., Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, announced the lease of the suites. Chad Dearmore of Commercial Properties Inc.’s Scottsdale Office Group represented Hypur in the search for a property. Dearmore worked directly with the CEO in identifying the property, structuring the deal and negotiating the lease to combine suites 7 and 8 in Acoma Business Center, for a total of 16,377 square feet.
