oga enthusiasts got into a kitty-tree pose and downward-facing feline as they worked out with adoptable kittens from the state’s oldest and largest no-kill shelter, AAWL, at the Scottsdale Quarter. Following the yoga class, AAWL hosts pop-up adoption shops where yogis can adopt their four-legged partners before the adoption event opens to the public between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.The next one is 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, August 24.The charge is $20 in advance; $25 at the door.
