ears ago, Mesa was in need of an animal hospital, and Dr. Michael Kleban was happy to oblige. In 1994, Kleban founded Red Mountain Animal Hospital and the rest is history. “I have an entrepreneurial spirit,” Kleban said, “I wanted to be able to provide the level of care that I believe in at an affordable price. What better way than by being my own boss?” The hospital is staffed by four full-time veterinarians, including Kleban, and offer a wide and all-encompassing array of animal health care services. Among the services offered at Red Mountain Animal Hospital include animal dentistry, heartworm prevention and testing, radiology and prescription foods along with the standard spay/neutering, surgical and microchipping services for dogs and cats of all ages. Red Mountain Animal Hospital also tries to make things as easy as possible for clients and their pets. The new client form that needs to be completed is available online.

Those are what Kleban strives for in his practice. “Our focus is on making sure that all pet owner’s are able to keep their pets healthy. We keep our care affordable and accessible,” he said. “I think of myself as a general practitioner, offering our clients and their pets primary health care. We know our patients well and strive to provide individualized care plans that meet the needs of every particular patient.”
