ince opening a year ago, Raging Bull has quickly become the go-to-sports bar in Mesa. The 7,000-square-foot tavern features wallto-wall TV viewing, but the three-sided bar subtly separates the lounge area from the dining area. Even more seating and TVs await you on the large patio. The Raging Bull serves up wings, street tacos, No Bull Nachos and Friday fish fries, but it really excels at fresh burgers – half-pounders of Gold Canyon angus chuck that are grilled to perfection. Try it out for happy hour from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or enjoy the weekend specials and live entertainment.

ith such an emphasis on high quality patient care, it makes sense that Verve Wellness Center would invest heavily in employee satisfaction. The practice provides a variety of medical services under one roof: medical, dental, chiropractic, naturopathic and physical therapy. Employees appreciate the center’s family-like atmosphere, flexible hours and opportunities to grow within the company. “I’ve had the same staff for 17 years, since we opened,” Dr. David Warkentin said. “They’re all exceptional people.”

or nearly 30 years now, 4 Paws near Falcon Field has been Mesa dogs’ home away from home, whether it’s just for the day or for an extended stay. Dogs enjoy indoor and outdoor play and are separated into groups based on personality, activity level and size. Owner Paul Marranca’s French bulldog, Munchee, and his family’s dogs are usually in the mix, too. He and his experienced staff are experts at handling separation anxiety and aggression issues and administering medications. New clients are encouraged to try a day for free. “We pride ourselves on great service and always go the extra mile for our customers and guests,” Marranca said.
