Toward the end of March, the grass seems to spring into action overnight. If you didn’t winterize your mower, take some time now to clean it up. It is very important that you sharpen the mower blade, or blades, before you start cutting the grass. A dull lawn mower blade will result in a ragged cut of the grass blade. This cut will brown up, and your lawn will look dull and off color. A ragged cut also invites disease issues.
