1. The committee require all persons entering the show field do so at their own risk. The committee will be held blameless and indemnify them against any legal proceeding ensuring from any kind of accident to horse, pony, dog, vehicle or spectator. 2. All persons must conduct themselves in a responsible manner so as not to put anyone at risk. CHILDREN are the responsibility of the parents / guardian and must be supervised by them at all times. 3. The judges decision is final 4. Approved hard hats have to worn at all times whilst mounted. 5. No whips or spurs allowed in the Gymkhana events. 6. No galloping outside the ring. 7. Any objections must be made in writing within ten minutes of the class being held, together with a deposit of £5.00, which will be returned if the objection is upheld. 8. Verbal and physical abuse of any type will not be tolerated and any offenders will be banned form the show ground. 9. All cups are perpetual and must be returned to a committee member at least two weeks before the next years show date, in a good condition. 10. Classes may be split if there are sufficient entries. 11. The committee cannot be held responsible for classes that clash. 12. No spurs or gags allowed in the children showing classes. 13. Young stock handlers must wear approved hard hats. 14. Competitors will not be allowed in a class as a late entry without a late entry slip form the secretary’s tent. 15. First Aid Post will be situated near the secretary’s tent. 16. Veterinarian on call in this case of emergency – George Austin BVSc, MRCVS.

ALL ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN ON THE SHOW FIELD ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW. THE ENTRY FEE IS £5.00 PER CLASS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE SCHEDULE. A ONE OFF £2.00 PER COMPETITOR WILL BE MADE TO HELP TOWARDS THE FIRST AID COVER. SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIP – IS OPEN TO THE CHAMPION AND RESERVE CHAMPION OF RING 1, 2, &3 ONLY. THEY COMPETE FOR THE WATTS, BLAKE AND BEARNE CHAMPIONSHIP CUP. SASH KINDLY DONATED BY ASH ROSETTES.
