Inside the Gates president’s message
hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday. It’s a new year and the board expects great things with Palermo in the coming months. One goal is to establish a community work day and staff it with volunteers. The work day would occur about every 3 months and consist of picking up/cleaning up or planting flowers within our community. Other HOA areas have been very successful with this program. Please let us know when you’d like to volunteer! As the Christmas & New Year holiday season has passed, please remove your seasonal decorations before the end of January. Our CCR’s call for removal within 30 days after the holiday. So, Christmas decorations must be removed no later than January 25, 2005. A reminder: our watering group is “E”.
