Arts & Culture an update by the Henderson Hub After years of planning, things are finally starting to take shape at The Henderson Hub - an exciting new community led arts project in Abbots Langley. The Henderson Hub is being developed for visitors to experience a range of visual, literary and performing arts and arts related activities. The project has been made possible by funding from various organisations, including Three Rivers District Council, without whose support the project would not have been possible. The main hall now boasts a movable tiered seating system and state of the art surround sound which has totally transformed the hall and enhanced the audience experience. Further refurbishments are underway which will result in an accessible space with a community arts centre, a permanent exhibition area and coffee lounge. The Hall is widely used for shows by local amateur drama groups, as well as popular films (FilmHub). Further art exhibitions and interactive workshops are planned along with more free community events, with live screenings of events such as Wimbledon, Trooping the Colour and Strictly Come Dancing final.
