About Three Eggs
Three Eggs is a workplace training provider based in Bury St Edmunds. We provide a wide range of courses that are developed by our professional team who use their who use their experiences in Clinical Psychology and education to bring learning to life. We work with organisations to design and deliver training that is relevant to their teams. Our courses are designed to help learners use their new knowledge in the workplace. Our RQF qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework, which is regulated by Ofqual (the exam boards regulator). Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace
Our mental health courses are designed to improve understanding of mental health for everyone and to help create positive mental health workplaces for all. Informed by our experienced Clinical Lead, we bring our mental health training courses to life with real case studies that reinforce learning and support individuals when they return to the workplace.
Who is it for?
We offer a range of mental health training courses designed to raise awareness for all members of the team, support line managers in their role and train individuals to become a Mental Health First Aider or Wellbeing Champion in their workplace.

Neurodiversity in the workplace
An inclusive workplace acknowledges and celebrates the talents that everyone in the team contributes. By improving knowledge and understanding of a range of neurodiverse conditions including dyslexia and autism, we help organisations to utilise the skills of their whole talent pool.

Physical First Aid in the workplace Our physical first aid courses are designed to help employers provide a safe and healthy environment to work in. The course also enables participants to deal with emergency situations with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way.
Who is it for?
Anyone interested in first aid who wants to provide their organisation with first aider skills. It is also a Health and Safety requirement to provide a safe working environment for all.

Safeguarding in the workplace Many organisations are recognising the important role that their teams can play in protecting children and vulnerable adults from harm.
