As part of the Master’s program Mr. Pirsch wrote his thesis on Blind Trusts as a Model of Campaign Finance Reform. William and Mary Policy Review has agreed to publish the thesis. The William & Mary Policy Review is a student-run, peer-reviewed academic journal at The College of William & Mary's Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy. The Review's purpose is to showcase the research of scholars, practitioners, and students from around the nation on current topics and debates in public policy.
