OUR CULTURE
Living the core through our mission, values and competencies To positively impact our team members and the communities we serve So “What does Live the Core mean?” The core of Thompson Thrift encompasses our Mission, Core Values, and Core Competencies. These three aspects make up the culture of Thompson Thrift—why we do what we do, our guiding principles, and the behaviors we are all striving to achieve. At Thompson Thrift, our Mission Statement isn’t something that we simply put on the wall. We live it every day by making a positive impact and serving our communities in our work and personal life. As a company, we are successful due to our individual and collective efforts and by Living the Core!

TT SERVE
April Service Day TT Serve is the community impact arm of Thompson Thrift, which gives team members opportunities to live out our mission of positively impacting our team members and the communities we serve. On Friday, April 29th Thompson Thrift team members gathered for a company-wide community service day to support Heart Change. Heart Change is a non-profit organization based out of Indianapolis that seeks to break the generational poverty cycle in families. During this community service day, team members helped with landscaping, painting, demoing a house, building fences, and much more. “Our TT service day projects were long and challenging at times, but we never lost sight of our end goal and why we were there in the first place. Being able to give our day and abilities to Heart Change and transform the facilities they use to better serve their community made it worthwhile.” - Elana Learn more about TT Serve
