OUR FOOD It’s simple, we love the best of British. We take real pride in bringing the great taste of British meat together with the finest British seasonal produce. At ‘SMITHS’, beef is king of the meats. We serve only the best dry-aged rare breed British beef, carefully sourced from the best producers in the country. Our beef is always expertly butchered in-house, as it should be done. We use every bit of the rump & loin, from the prized côte du boeuf to the off-cuts from the ribs. We even use the bones for stock. Menus are regularly updated to take full advantage of the freshest British produce available.
