NOTICE – SCHD Finance Committee – NOTICE The Board of Directors for the Southern Coos Health District is considering the establishment of a Finance Committee and is currently seeking individuals who have an interest in being considered for membership on the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to review financial performance against established goals and budget; and review and recommend financial policies, goals and budgets which support the mission, values and strategic goals of the Health District. Meetings of the Committee will be held not less than quarterly. Those considered for appointment will be residents of the Health District and should have experience or background in a leadership capacity which would include experience in budgeting, accounting, auditing or finance.
