wednesday

This is a four week series (10/9, 10/16, 10/30, and 11/6) to learn meditation skills. We will look at some of the roots of the practice as well as the current research into its usefulness for mind and body. We will meditate together to achieve some of these benefits: relieving stress and adding balance and compassion to our lives. Barring any emergencies, please plan to attend all four sessions for the best experience. Linda Neal, MFT, a staff facilitator and long-time meditator who has been teaching meditation for the last decade, will lead the training.
