The Christmas Markets Home as it is to by far the biggest, and best, Christmas Market in the country, which attracts almost two million visitors to the city in just five weeks. Christmas menus often look alike. Rarely do they taste alike. Even more rarely are they made with the same ingredients, experience and passion for all things British. Because every single dish we serve is made to order by our own brigade. Much like the Bible, we encourage you to eat, drink and be merry - with the confidence that our food has featured in each of the Good Food Guides published since the Albert Square Chop House was restored to Manchester.

Between them Sam’s, Tom’s and Albert’s have catered for 41 Christmases and more than 250,000 diners under their current management.

Repeat business tells us that we are doing something right. Probably the most important thing to get right is communication with customers, because this can be an insanely busy time of the year. And when we are all organised, we are all more relaxed, and your experience is always better.

Personal Service

To make it easier for you, we have our own Bespoke Party Planner. Lawrence Hallows has been organising Christmas Parties for years. He takes them as seriously as he takes his weddings, the most important day in any couple’s life. His job is to help you create the celebration that’s right for you, and to guide you through Albert’s menus, rooms, booking and pre-ordering process.

Why It Pays To Book Early The wisest party organisers know that Mad Friday is precisely that. Experienced heads often repeat a booking as soon as they have finished each year’s team party. Which means that the peak dates have waiting lists at any venue that’s worth going to. Unless there’s a cancellation. Our advice is that the venue is always more important than the date if you are looking for a quality experience.
