You’ll Love Our Story

Once upon a time, two men had a dream. They believed that if you offered made from scratch meals with fresh ingredients, served in a warm friendly environment, provided by a team of individuals who felt valued and took pride in their work, that you could have the beginning of a success story. That was 30 years ago when Mark Davis Bailey and Jonathan Seyoum set out to make that dream a reality. In that time, they have assembled a team that spans eight locations in the DFW Metroplex. The story continues as we celebrate the success of our Associates and look forward to what the future holds.

OPH-DFW Out & About in the CommunitY

OPH-DFW once again participated in the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association Food in Fashion 2018. OPH-DFW was paired with seasoned fashion designer and stylist, Jean Estella, who designed a look that creatively and uniquely represented OPH-DFW. The fundraising event was held February 7, 2018, at 3015 at Trinity Groves and benefited the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation and Texas ProStart, a restaurant career program within Dallas ISD high schools. It was a great great opportunity for OPH-DFW to invest in the next generation of culinary students.
