A restaurant, and not a bar, with a quiet ambiance Though named after a Korean upscale restaurants. Though the restaurant is slightly off the main road, it continues to build a distilled liquor, SOJU is a restaurant and not a bar. The owner hoped that the positive associations people have with Korea’s most popular alcoholic drink would draw local patrons to the establishment. Located in Soho, SOJU is not a big, fancy restaurant, but its prices are rather in the upper ranges to justify the use of high-quality and carefully selected ingredients, allowing the quality of the dishes to be on par with those found in other, more clientele with good food and services. The restaurant is divided into two levels, the ground and first floors. The simple and unassuming interior makes for dining in a quiet and composed ambiance. Le patron souhaite qu’à l’image du côté familier en Corée (soju est un alcool populaire en Corée), son restaurant attire la clientèle londonienne. Situé à Soho au cœur de Londres, la maison n’est pas un grand restaurant de luxe, mais propose des plats à des prix un peu élevés, car le chef utilise des ingrédients de première qualité et que les saveurs des plats ne sont pas inférieures à celles proposées dans les restaurants de premier rang. Même si cet établissement est un peu éloigné du boulevard, il est souvent fréquenté par une clientèle fidèle aux saveurs et services de haute qualité que l’on y retrouve. Le restaurant décoré de manière simple dispose de deux étages permettant de prendre des repas dans une ambiance calme et confortable.
술집이 아닌 조용한 분위기의 레스토랑 한국 술 이름을 표방한 <소주> 레스토랑은 사실 술집이 아니라 식당이다. 한국적인 친숙한 이미지로 런던의 고객들을 불러 모으고 싶다는 오너의 마음을 담은 이름이다. 런던 소호에 위치한 <소주>는 크 고 화려한 식당은 아니나 가격은 제법 센 편이다. 그 이유는 좋은 식재료를 선별해서 사용하기 때문이 고, 음식의 수준에 있어서도 고급 레스토랑과 견주어 뒤지지 않는다는 자신감 때문이다. 큰길에서 좀 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있지만 탁월한 맛과 서비스로 꾸준히 단골을 확보하고 있다. 1층과 2층으로 나뉘 어 있으며 소박한 인테리어로 조용하고 차분한 분위기에서 식사할 수 있다.
