Carshalton Water Tower The Water Tower opens each Sunday in the month from 2:30 - 5:30pm, unless otherwise stated. The Hermitage is open on the first and third Sunday in each month from 2:30 - 4:30pm when there are also garden tours. The Water Tower is available for hire and private tailor made tours can be arranged.
