Prominent industries engage Peloton
When both Parexel an international, premier provider to the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries and Hanover Insurance
a multi-billion dollar insurance provider experienced rapid growth they occupied Peloton to address their rising issues. Parexel was in a need to modernize the finance function to support future growth and business analytics to drive business performance. To drive this initiative, it engaged Peloton for a Finance Transformation initiative, focused on key financial and operational processes, leveraging new enabling technology, and empowering the finance team to learn new skills. Hanover on the other hand, experienced a high growth period and had multiple legacy models, resulting in inefficiencies in their planning process and needed a strategy to handle their growth. Peloton worked with Hanover to streamline its capabilities and tools by delivering a finance transformation which impacted the budgeting, planning, forecasting and cost allocation processes. Using the Breakaway methodology, Peloton kept the client’s team involved in the design and development of the solution and implemented the Oracle Hyperion suite of applications
on the Oracle Analytics engineered system platform.
“I couldn’t be happier with how this initiative has transpired. Oracle PBCS provides the same capabilities that I was accustomed to as a prior Hyperion user, yet in a much more efficient deployment model that fits our needs. The Peloton team really has gone above and beyond all expectations to create a robust set of solutions for us in a very short time frame. This initiative has been a seamless journey!” - Ed Abell, CFO, Racepoint Global SR
“We are guided by our unrelenting commitment to our clients and people.” Guy F. Daniello, CEO
Meet the “Guy” behind Peleton
Guy Daniello, CEO and Founder - Daniello is a firm believer in James Collin’s famous lines in the book ‘Good to
Great.’ Collins says that leaders of companies that go from good to great start not with “where,” but with “whom.” They start by getting the right people on the bus and the right people in the right seats. Focused on building a culture based on inspired purpose and core values, Daniello spearheads Peloton with the belief that working with the right people in the right organization can help achieve business goals faster—like in the case of Peloton.
