Order - God’s Idea First

Order, was God’s idea first, He is a God of Order, the universe is in perfect order according to God’s plan, design and purpose for it. As an aspect of the character/nature of God, order is phenomenal in that it is dynamic and multidimensional. In other words, order though a small word is pithy in meaning; it is and is occurring at the same time, it is both a noun and a verb and has many layers of meaning. According to the google online dictionary order is “The arrangement or disposition of people or things in relation to each other according to a particular sequence, pattern, or method.”
God’s exclusive rule over the affairs and systems of the world chaos, corruption and evil exists.
So, order is God at work, His way of operating and so God is order, much like God is love. Were it not for the fallen state of humanity which has cast its shadow upon creation there would be no need to address the subject of order, as order would prevail naturally and a phrase such as “Divine Order” would be considered a contradiction, as all we would ever know was order.
So, God is building His household and He’s also planning a city, from which to govern His Kingdom. There is nothing random in God; everything God does is done in order. So it stands to reason that He has very clear plans for this building. This building is of ‘lively stones’ or in other words, His people, a household of faith, not an organization or bricks and mortar but a family of faithful sons and daughters, who will have the nature of Jesus Christ who is the pattern or exemplary Son.
If there was no rebellion or contradiction against what God has put in place the dichotomy of divine order and human chaos would not exist. In the absence of 4

God’s plan to restore order “Order! Order! Order!” We are most likely familiar with this phrase in a courtroom as the Judge calls for silence or the observance of the prescribed procedures or by someone in charge of a meeting/ legislative assembly, etc. This is only one expression of order that reveals that something has gone wrong and needs correcting.
“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” Jeremiah 1:10 (KJV)
