The ServiceMag is a free business educative magazine targeted at people in the service industry. It aims at sensitizing for improved service delivery both in the public and private sectors.
Articles are on Customer Service Management, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Development, Legal Matters, Travel Reviews. Publications are in English, French, Kinyarwanda and Kirundi.
The ServiceMag is made by and for the entire business community in Rwanda, and launched in June2014 a Burundi issue. Contributors are drawn from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. There are approximately 10 different nationalities working on each issue.
