We are among the top 10% of homeless service providers in the nation. • The Road Home works with key partners in our community to provide a spectrum of services which help people move out of shelter and back into housing quickly & effectively. • The Road Home is proud to be a fiscally responsible organization with a Four Star rating from Charity Navigator. Independent audits & financial statements are available at theroadhome.org

ON THE ROAD HOME Over the last 5 years we have seen a 260% increase in the number of families turning to us for help • The Road Home provides emergency shelter to men, women, and families. Families with children are the fastest growing group of people we help. • We employ a two part strategy for helping individuals and families overcome homelessness. • The first focuses on providing housing resources to people experiencing a one-time episode of homelessness, helping them move out of shelter and into housing as quickly as possible. • The second creates permanent housing opportunities for those needing more comprehensive assistance. • By focusing on housing, we have been able to meet the shelter needs of our community, without having to build a larger shelter. • Our innovative housing initiatives have an 87% success rate. Palmer Court and Rapid Rehousing are two of our most successful housing programs.

In July 2012, 92 new families came to The Road Home for shelter.

This was the most families in a single month ever recorded.
