RELIGION COURSES: Offered on Winthrop’s Campus...

By: Aaron Fountain Jr. Staff Writer

“Americans are both deeply religious and profoundly ignorant about religion.” This statement, by Stephen Prothero author of Religious Literacy, addresses the harsh reality of Americans’ religious knowledge. The class of 2016 probably has no (or at the very least some) knowledge of world religions other than their own. For most students, their exposure to religion, from an academic approach, will not occur until they take a class on religion in college. As a person who took a course in world religions and on the Christian Bible, I advise every incoming and current student to enroll into a religion course before they graduate. Learning about religion can be difficult for some people. Last semester when I took a course on the Christian Bible, I remember some students having trouble accepting some of the material we covered in class. One student disregarded the fact that Noah’s Ark paralleled with many stories around Mesopotamia (most famously the Epic of Gilgamesh which has a character named Utnapishtim who received immorality after having survived a great flood). Another student learned that the four gospels in the New Testament (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) The Roddey-McMillan Record

shared some of the same passages amongst each other and another source that scholars call “Q”, which posed an idea that maybe the authors wrote the same thing coincidentally. Both of these students were having trouble balancing their religious beliefs with fact. This did not surprise me at all. Discussions I have held about religion with friends, I figured that when people hear something that contradicts a belief they have held their entire life, they rebuke the message and the messenger. The class was a true learning experience for me, but it was disappointing to see fellow classmates receive the same information as me and refuse to accept it. Religion is one of my favorite topics to talk about and there are some people I have encountered who feel uncomfortable or appalled when I bring it up. In most instances my friends have told me that they don’t know about their own religion and truthfully, they don’t care to know. This ignorance displayed by my friends occurred in college; the place where I least expected it to happened. I hope future students at Winthrop are more

open-minded when they approach religion as an academic subject and not just theology. Winthrop is a diverse community and it is inevitable that students will meet people of other faiths; therefore, they should at least have common knowledge of world religions to become a more inclusive individual. As a member of the Multicultural Student Council, I realized how important inclusivism is for a

diverse campus. It makes people feel more welcome and a part of the group. It also keeps people away from feeling like a social outcast. As for religion, it opens up the opportunity to meet new people and engage in conversations without showing ignorance. Students becoming religious literates will make Winthrop a more inclusive community for all students.

Excited delirium: a condition where the subject suffers from hallucinations, anxiety, and exhibits belligerent behavior, somewhat reminiscent to that of a wild animal. Recently, in Miami Florida, Rudy Eugene, 31, exhibited this illness when he was caught, naked, eating Ronald Poppo, a 65-year old homeless man’s face. If you are anything like me, you might think, “Is that even humanely possible?” According to reports, it seems that it’s absolutely possible. Medical specialists and law enforcement believe Eugene’s attack was caused by “bath salts,” a new street drug that is on the market and is being sold in stores under the alias “Cloud 10” and “Euphoria.” Eugene, who fed on Poppo’s face, managed to destroy eighty percent of it. Poppo, who was in critical condition, had to undergo several reconstructive surgeries as a repercussion of Eugene’s

brutality. Although it is uncertain whether or not the drug caused the attack, reports say that Eugene had a violent past. In 2008, he beat and threatened to kill his mother. Some thought that Eugene was mentally ill; however he was not put into a mental institution. Even though the “bath salts” may or may not be a contributing factor in this situation, it is more than likely since Eugene’s behavior does coincide with that of another young man. Dickey Sanders, a talented BMX biker, had consumed approximately forty dollars’ worth of “bath salts.” Sanders had hallucinations that included seeing nonexistent police cars and helicopters at his home and he had also slashed his neck from ear to ear, luckily it was not deep enough to kill him. Unfortunately, a day later his parents found him in his bed, bleeding face down, with a rifle at the foot of his bed. His consumption of the drug ended with committing suicide. This epidemic is spreading at a very fast pace and it is scary to think that maybe someone you know could be the next victim of something this powerful. It has the strength to permanently alter the chemistry of the brain, therefore making those who use it completely unaware of what they have become and what havoc they are capable of creating.

SEX- it’s one of those acts that you can’t live with, and can’t live without. Or is it? According to some celebrities, it is something that is sacred and too openly done. It is an act that most engage in no matter whether young or old; casually, or with someone a person really cares about. In comparison to older generations, our generation is more open about sexuality. It is becoming less of a taboo or controversial topic. It is seen and heard everywhere: online, music, movies, music videos, the list goes on. With sex being so “out there” in a person’s face, it makes people sometimes automatically assume that every person is sexually active, especially in the entertainment industry. However, that is far from true. There are more players on “#teamvirgin” and “#teamcelibate” than most think, even for those in the public eye. There are quite a few celebrities who claim to still be virgins. There are also a few who claim to be celibate. Could it be that they are waiting until marriage? Is it because they believe sex complicates things in a relationship? What are the motives or reasons for abstaining from sex? Is the aftermath of celibacy all it’s cracked up to be? Is it possible that legs closed is the best position? Just to name a few, here are some celebrities who have made claims to still be pure: Olympian track and field hurdler Lori “LoLo” Jones, Teyana Taylor (artist under Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music), country singer Taylor Swift, singer/actress Jordin Sparks, and young entrepreneur Angela Simmons.

The Roddey-McMillan Record

On the other hand there are celebrities who have engaged in sexual intercourse, but decided to stop. Celebrities like actor Terrance Howard, rapper Nicki Minaj, Sports Illustrated model Jessica White, singer Miley Cyrus and singer Lady GaGa have all proclaimed to be celibate. Usually these commitments to go without sex are based off religious motives. When asked about her virginity, 29-year-old devout Christian, Lo Lo Jones, said to the Washington Post newspaper, “I just don’t believe in it. It’s just a gift I want to give my husband. But please understand this journey has been hard. There’s virgins out there and I want to let them know that it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. Harder than training for the Olympics...to stay a virgin before marriage. I’ve been tempted, I’ve had plenty of opportunities.” Another reason why people tend to live celibate lifestyles is because of prior unhappy relationships. It could have been that their partners only wanted them for that one reason and they would freely give in thinking it’s bettering their relationship when really, it was doing the exact opposite. Terrance Howard once married the same woman twice and is now divorced. In an interview with Elle magazine Terrance Howard said that, “sex ends up masking your real feelings… when what you really need is a lifetime partner and friend.” He also has his own twist with living a chaste life. He believes being celibate makes it easier to date more than one woman. In the long run, waiting until find-

ing the perfect mate or marriage may turn out to be the best thing. There are a few couples who look back on their virgin or celibate lives and still feel content with their choice. Similar to this are couple Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey, Sherri Shepherd and Lamar Sally, as well as Meagan Good and Devon Franklin. Over the summer actress Meagan Good and Seventh-day Adventist preacher and Hollywood producer Devon Franklin tied the knot after a year of dating. But, there was something special about this couple that many couldn’t believe was true. Prior to their union, Good and then fiancé Franklin, made a decision to stay celibate throughout their engagement for spiritual reasons. This was shocking news to her fans. Meagan Good is known for playing roles that are more promiscuous, opposite of her new lifestyle. The two met on the set of a movie titled, “Jumping the Broom.” Here, Good played a role and Franklin was a producer on set. Ironically, the movie was based on a couple that also chose to stay celibate until marriage. When asked about their special relationship, Good said to Sister to Sister magazine, “We want our marriage to be one of truth, one of love and hopefully a model of God’s love...When you know somebody and you know their heart, it’s not even a question about the physical part of it that comes into play later...that’s just the icing on the cake.” Just a few months later, Good says to Sister to Sister that the married life is “pretty amazing” and that Franklin is the most incredible thing that happened to her. Her biggest advice is for women

Specializing In Diversity Since 1986

to not settle for just anyone and that God is much “bigger and greater.” She also believes that their decision to remain chaste throughout their relationship will inspire others to do the same. But is that the case? Of course there are some people who are still virgins or are celibate. However, this number is greatly disproportionate to those who have had a slice of the pie. Two main factors behind a person’s choice to practice chastity are based on generation (age) and spiritual/ moral belief. It seems that sex plays a big part in popular culture, especially in the entertainment industry. The age of intercourse range from preteens, younger teens, to young adults who are engaging in premarital sex, or just sex all together. On the flip side, the legs closed position is the way to go according virgins and celibates. Many believe that living a sexfree life is the best life to live. How long a person chooses to live this life is totally up to them, whether it is for couple of weeks, months, years, until marriage, or even for a lifetime. Keep in mind that the feeling of intimacy isn’t only felt during sex. All in all, it is up to the person to decide if it is great to wait.

Complex magazine asked the Pink Friday rapper if she was celibate. She answered, “Yes, and I encourage all my young Barbies to do the same. I just don’t have time.” Concerning rumors about bisexuality, in the same interview, the Young Money Queen says, “I didn’t say [I don’t like women]. I said I don’t have sex with women. I don’t have sex with men right now either. If [bisexual is] what they wanna call me, then fine.” So despite the sexually suggestive lyrics this Barbie might spit, she’s just talking a big game. A powerhouse in alternative hip-hop and house music, Azealia Banks’ newest release, Fantasea, has been the topic of discussion. The mixtape consists of 19 energetic, yet creative tracks such as “Aquababe”, “Chips” and “F*** Up the Fun”, which illustrates her verbal skills and ear for a beat. The mixtape lacks consistency, but it seems that consistency was not what Banks was going for. She describes the mixtape as “a test run.” However, she has left the audience anticipating her fall debut, Broke with Expensive Taste. When mentioning Azealia Banks, it’s not long before she is compared to Iggy Azalea, an Australian hip-hop rapper signed to Grand Hustle Records. She recently premiered her music video for “Murder Bizness,” featuring rap veteran T.I., which can be found on Azalea’s new EP release, Glory. WELCOME WEEK: THE START TO SUCCESS

Welcome week marks the start to a successful school year.

By: Shaneequa Evans Culture Editor

Transferring to another university can be a scary experience. Despite your classification status at the time of transferring, you are on the same level as a freshman. You are faced with the challenge of making new friends, finding your classes, and so on. Lucky for me, Winthrop puts on a Welcome Week for freshmen and transfer students. Welcome Week really helped open the doors to a great first semester at a new school. When I first arrived at Winthrop I moved in with the freshmen. I did not know anyone and I was scared. You would think that I would have been used to it since I had already been in college two years. Nothing compares to starting over again. I knew Welcome Week would be a great way for me to meet new people and get to know the school. Welcome Week started off with a number of icebreakers in your resident’s halls. We played several games that introduced us to other residents that live on the same hall. Within that first day I made several new friends that lived in the same building as myself. The Roddey-McMillan Record

The fun did not stop with just getting to know people who live in the same resident’s hall, but different people who attended the school. The next big event that Welcome Week offered was Play Fair. Play Fair was a way for you to meet other students in a fun, creative atmosphere outside of the classroom. It was held in the West Center and it consisted of different games and group activities. The games and activities were built on the idea of finding someone with at least one thing in common with you. While at Play Fair I made two more friends. Only in a week’s time the transitional phase of transferring to a new school had become a lot easier for me. Welcome Week would not have been complete without Convocation and the picnic. Convocation and the picnic was the closing event to Welcome Week that made transferring an enjoyable experience. Convocation was an event that welcomed the graduating class of 2015 and first time Winthrop students. It was indeed one of the most memorable ceremonies I have ever attended. At the ceremony the president of the school along with many others greeted us. The ceremony ended with

the singing of the Alma Mater following the Blue Line Walk. The Blue Line Walk then led us straight into the picnic. While at the picnic different school organizations, clubs, and churches came out to welcome us. It was at the picnic that I met and joined the several student organizations that I am currently involved in, including The Roddey McMillan Record. If it had not been for Welcome Week I do not think I would be

enjoying my time here at Winthrop. Welcome Week really made the difference.

Music review: Rick Ross God Forgives I Don’t

Here I Am… Or Am I?

By: Will Latimer

By: Brandon Grate Life and Entertainment Editor

Staff Writer

Since the release of Ross’ last album, 2010’s “Teflon Don”, he’s dropped a succesful mixtape “Rich Forever”, notably had health issues (which caused this album to be pushed back), engaged in a beef with Young Jeezy, and watched his label, Maybach Music Group, become one of the most sought-after groups in rap. This makes it safe to say that there was a mountain of pressure on Rick Ross to deliver on his 5th album. “God Forgives I Don’t” covers everything you would expect from a Rick Ross album; raps about a lavish lifestyle full of beatiful women and expensive cars, as well as stories of coming up as a drug dealer. What sets GFID apart from a standard Hip-Hop album that covers these topics is Ross’ growth as a lyricist and his ability to paint pictures with his words, which is especially showcased throughout the first half of the album. As with any Rick Ross project, the beat selection makes the album an easy listen and ranges with cinematic production (“Maybach Music IV” and “Sixteen”) to pumping

Southern beats (“Hold Me Back”, “911”). Lyrically, “Ashamed” is one of the best songs on GFID where Ross talks about his mothers struggles ad the struggles of being a hustler. “Sixteen” which features another outstanding guest verse from Andre 3000 is one of the highlight’s of the album, as Ross and 3 Stacks take turns over eight-minute song, although it passes by smoothly. “Diced Pineapples” is another standout from the album for Ross’ female fan, which features Drake on the chorus and Wale mixing his poetry and rapping. While the album is solid throughout, there are no street anthems on this album like a “Hustlin” or a “B.M.F.” which Ross has released before. Overall, “God Forgives I Don’t” showcases Rick Ross doing everything that he has done throughout his career, but on a bigger scale. With this album, Rick Ross shows why he and his Maybach Music Group have risen to the top of Hip-Hop.

Time and time again, you hear “his last album was better” or “I liked her music back when she first started out,” it just never fails. Nonetheless, as the times change so does the music. Many artists find out that their creative vision of recording & releasing music is not in correlation to the vision that their record label has. One artist in particular who can attest to the fact is Ciara. In preparation to releasing her LP Fantasy Ride in 2008, the singer was told that she had to re-record her album because some of the executives at the label did not like the “sound”. In the process of going back to the drawing board, Ciara’s fan base most likely decreased simply because of the long-awaited anticipation of the album, as well as the

material that was presented on the disc. Artists are under a lot of pressure when it comes to presenting new music. In one ear, they’re being told and advised by a label, managers, and even friends on what they should record because the label is ultimately paying for the production and mastering of the record. In the other ear, fans are demanding a certain type of sound and feel from the artist’s music, so the artist has to find some kind of common ground in an effort of satisfying both parties. Underground artists that become mainstream artists also deal with a lot backlash, in particular, rappers Wiz Khalifa and Nicki MinaJ. Both were once underground artists on the come up and then once they reached super-stardom, their sound changed and it was not necessarily because their labels encouraged the change, but because they were playing the cards they were being dealt. Both Wiz and Nicki got to actually go in the studio and work with major producers, other major artists, and most importantly achieved a brand new extended fan base. Therefore, creatively, their visions changed and now want to appease their new audience while selling as many records

Specializing In Diversity Since 1986

The truth behind why artists can’t record the music they desire.

as they possibly can. But then again, you do have artists like Beyoncé, Kanye West, Rihanna, Madonna, Adele, Lil Wayne, Justin Bieber, Drake, Carrie Underwood, Chris Brown, Taylor Swift, Nas, and Jay-Z, who are such major artists that as their sound changes or they choose to reinvent themselves, individuals are more willingly able to accept it because of the admiration they have for the artist and are excited to see what they will come up with next. Honestly, when it comes to who is in control of the music, there may or may not be a culprit. It all depends on the way you look at it. We cannot sit here and expect an artist to record the same sounding music on every album because that is a waste of time and money for the artist, the record label and the fans. What we can do is appreciate the great talent, dedication and determination of real artists’ past, present & future and continue to support them the best way we know how.

10 FASHION TIPS

Special to the R.M.R. Fashionistas everywhere are walking out of malls, and into thrift stores. Instead of paying $25 or more for this season’s must have high-waisted jeaned shorts[item], why not pay no more than 8 bucks? The world of fashion is just one big cyclewhat’s in style now was definitely in style then. So if you can’t rummage through your parent’s closet, afford retail-priced finds, or simply want to mix up your style, thrifting is the way to go. For those thrifting virgins and rookies out there, here are some tips to guide you down your personal runway.

especially when it comes to fashion. This can help you reconstruct your style without even trying.

3. Try stuff on!

If you’re anything like me, you hate wasting time in the fitting room, but when thrifting, trying things on is essential. Pieces may not look as good on our body, as they do on the hanger, but the opposite is also true. If you refuse to try items on, make sure you inquire about the store’s return and exchange policy. 4. If you’re unsure; put it back on the rack. Don’t buy something if you’re not absolutely in love with it. This way you’ll avoid wasting money and conserve closet space.

5. Have patience. 1. Know what you want! When you walk into the store, the

Knowing exactly what you want is key. Thrift stores can be extremely overwhelming if you’re going in blind, so set up a plan. If you want a denim vest, go straight to the blue jeaned section. However, don’t ignore the other fabulous finds around you.

2. Be open-minded.

This tip covers many aspects of thrifting. Many people think thrifting is beneath them because the clothes are handme-downs, but you can find some great, name-brand stuff! You’ll also find some interesting pieces, sometimes pieces you wouldn’t normally buy, but always give new things a try

ceiling will not open up with the sun beaming directly on that button down you were on a mission to find! However, the complete opposite is true. You will have to do some serious searching, but don’t let that discourage you. Sometimes you may have to visit another store or…

7. Don’t be afraid to bargain!

If you see something and feel like it’s overpriced, try and bargain to get the price lowered. This tip may work well in smaller thrift stores, but not Goodwill so much since their prices are pretty much set. 12 GRADE GRUBBERS Grade Grubbers: How Far is TOO Far?

Some students, and even parents as the one stated below, will do anything to see their child succeed or to get ahead. In recent news a woman is facing six felony charges for hacking into a school’s computer to change her children’s grades and for reading school emails. Catherine Venesto, of New Tripoli, Pennsylvania, is being convicted of changing her daughter’s grade from and F to an M for “medical”, and then altering her son’s 98 to a 99. Venesto went so far as to hack into multiple accounts of school faculty, including the superintendent of her district, to look into district policies, employee reports, and other personnel issues. Of course her employment ended abruptly after she was discovered. There have been other cases of “grade grubbing” such as the one stated above. It’s crazy the things some students will do for one extra point on their report card. However, as a teacher, and even more so as a parent, wouldn’t you think there would be some set boundaries on how much to help a student? It’s simple really. Teachers are instructed to teach their students. Parents are to raise their children and support them. Both of these roles are a mentoring position. Babies excluded, neither of these roles require work be done for them. Ultimately, a student has to want

it enough for themselves without their mom or dad’s help. As for those snippier parents, I have two words: lay off. If your child is doing great already, why would you scold them for not having one more point? There is a fine line between healthy encouragement and psycho pushiness, so next time, just take a deep breath and let it go. It can be a good thing to grub for grades sometimes, but not to the point that it becomes obsessive compulsive. As a college student especially, I feel that there is nothing wrong with grubbing for a few extra points here and there. After all, most of us are trying to keep that 3.0 or more for that scholarship. At the same time, I would go about grubbing for those few extra points the right way: extra credit papers and assignments, or summer courses just to name a few. I’m definitely not going to go and risk everything I’ve worked so hard for by attempting to hack into the grading system or something of the sorts. Besides, the best grade grubbing one can do lies within the work given in class; in other words, work hard and study even harder. Your grades will be so good you won’t even have to worry about where the extra points will come from! I know I’m not the only one with an opinion, how do you feel about grade grubbing parents and students?

STUDENT RESPONSES We asked students their opinions via Facebook, and here are some responses we received. Jessica Sampson, Freshman “This is college...you have to study hard. What grade they give you is based on how you did and that would be the final grade. If you feel like your grade is wrong I would ask the teacher why.” “For the most part from the seminars I been to about college life, it’s not like high school where your parent can come up and talk to the teacher about that 1 [extra] point. You have to work hard.” Ashley Moore, Junior “Your grade is often determined largely by the choices you make (did you go to class? did you take notes? Did you study?). People who beg for grades, or worse, convince their parents to beg for grades, should rethink the decisions they made that got them into such a position in the first place.” “It’s one thing when a grade is lower than it should be due to an illness, immediately family illness/death, or a professor losing a paper that you actually did write. However, those issues are never solved by “grade grubbing.” They are solved by going through the university in order to get a fair grade, and that’s a very different thing.” Allison Riffe, Sophomore “Changing grades become too far when the student doesn’t deserve it. I can understand getting involved when the student is given a lower grade for no reason and needs to get it changed.” “For instance, I had a teacher that only gave straight grades, no minuses or pluses. Basically, the student who scraped by got the same grade as the student who tried their best. In this instance I emailed my teacher saying how it would affect my GPA and that it really wasn’t fair for the rest of the class.”

Love in the Limelight!

By: Brandon Grate

Culture Editor

In April, reports began to surface that lyrical genius, Kanye West, and Armenian reality star, Kim Kardashian, had begun to date after Kanye released a song called “Way Too Cold.” The song professed his love for the beautiful bombshell while she had been dating NBA player Kris Humphries. Now, it was obvious that Kim and Kanye had an undeniable chemistry, as previously seen on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” However, having known Kim’s track record with men, which included NFL Stars Reggie Bush and Miles Austin, singers Ray J and Nick Lachey, Nick Cannon, and Kris Humphries, the world was not too sure whether or not this man-eater had sunken her fangs into Mr. West for the right or wrong reasons. Now although Kim changes her men like she changes her designer shoes, Kanye on the other hand seems to be a one-woman man. Having

“Is the relationship between “Kimye” real or just for show?” only dated two women publicly aside from Kim, designer Alexis Phifer, to whom he was engaged and video vixen Amber Rose, Kanye does not play around when it comes to love. So when it was announced that he was dating Kim, it was something everyone had to see to believe. As weeks passed, paparazzi were snapping flicks of the twosome at FAO Schwartz in New York City, eating ice cream in matching leather pants, on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, hopping out of Maybachs and a Lamborghini Aventador, which Kim bought Kanye for his birthday that costs an estimated $750,000, and even spending quality time with her sister Kourtney, nephew Mason, and Kourtney’s boyfriend Scott. This relationship is moving at a fast pace, how far it will go, “Kimye” does not know for sure. Kim and Kanye’s high profile relationship has been on everybody’s radar from the day they

first stepped out with one another, and although they both create a whirlwind of controversy together, their love seems to have real potential. Everyone knows that media outlets are vicious and will report false headlines and promote negative stories far more than positive ones, so it’s no big secret that they will have a field day with trashing Kim and Kanye’s relationship before it even gets off the ground, simply because of Kim’s history with men. Everyone is entitled to his or her own opinions, but when it comes to love, Kanye will give it his all. He’s transformed Amber Rose from an over-the-top sex symbol to a demure beauty and maybe he will influence Kim’s life for the better also. Besides, before we pass judgment on these two, think of all the women and men in the world who do not have camera’s following them, yet they have had several significant others. Being committed to someone

is not an easy task in general; imagine the insurmountable pressures of having to remain committed in front of flashing cameras and tons of naysayers. So, do you believe what “Kimye” has is real or is it just a show?

that Katherine was being mistreated by John Branca and John McClain, the executors of Michael’s estate. According to the Huffington Post, they believe that the executors are trying to keep Katherine away from those who question the validity of Michael Jackson’s will. In the letter they state “since the passing of Michael, our beloved brother, you have failed to perform your duties as executors of his estate, but what you have not failed at is taking advantage of a grieving mother, father and a grieving family.” The siblings say they will continue to fight for this because the executors “have never explained how Michael could have signed his will in California on a date that irrefutable evidence establishes that he was in New York.” Branca and McClain stated a few weeks ago, when the speculations of the will being fake arose again, that “any doubts about the validity of Michael’s will and his selection of Executors were thoroughly and completely debunked two years ago when a challenge was rejected by the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the California Court of Appeals and, finally, the California Supreme Court.” As a result, Janet, Rebbie and Randy state that they will “press forward in their search for the truth in order to carry out the wishes of their brother Michael.” Had this situation not been in the public eye, things could have gone smoother. The entire “kidnapping” controversy seemed as if it was a big misunderstanding between the children and the siblings. Had the siblings

“i haven’t spoken with her in a week i want her home now.” - Paris Jackson (via Twitter) just communicated with their nieces and nephews, this entire “feud” would have not been blown out of proportion. On the other hand, it also seems as if the siblings are mad that they are not included in the will and want some part of their brother’s fortune. They probably did “kidnap” their mother to discuss the accusations they have against the executors of the estate and just want a part of the deal; however, no one knows what is going to happen or what anyone’s motive is at this point in the game. All that is left is to see if the court will even take the claims of the siblings into consideration again to see if what they proclaim about the will is true.
