Please make sure you are picking up after your pets. We’ve seen an improvement the past few months, but let’s keep up the good work and ensure the community is nice and clean for everyone! Please make sure you are disposing of your pet waste properly, do not leave on patio or in breezeways. Not only is this unsightly, but can also attract pests. In addition, All dogs must be leashed when let outside of the apartment at all times. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended on patios or porches. Please remember that we are a non-smoking community. Smoking is prohibited within 20 feet of our buildings, including patios and breezeways. We have noticed many cigarette butts throughout the community. Not only is this unsightly, but is also in violation of our Community Rules. For convenience purposes, our community offers Valet Trash service to all residents. Please remember to comply with our Valet Trash policy. All trash should be placed in the trash bin provided for your apartment, with the lid closed. Once your trash has been picked up, the trash bin must be taken back inside your apartment. Please do not leave your trash bin outside. Also, please do not place trash outside of your door. If a member of our maintenance team has to remove trash from your door, a fee per bag will be assessed to your account. Also please make sure that if you do have to put trash in the compactor area, that you dispose of it properly. Cardboard should be broken down and placed inside the compactor.
Failure to comply with these community policies will result in a Lease Violation, and a $25 fee assessed per violation. Thank you for your cooperation!!
