The morning session of our 5 day camps will
focus on “All Around Skills” advancement. Kids will work on both offensive skills and defensive skills including, but not limited, to dribbling, passing, rebounding, game situations, etc. As always, All American Basketball Academy focuses not only on the game, but how improvement on specific team and individual skills relate to everyday life. The camps will have all new material and children will work in groups more according to skill level (which all are welcome) rather than age. There will also be plenty of games and contests to make things fun for kids of all ages! We recommend all kids bring at least 1 juice/snack for a break. All campers will receive a t-shirt or patch and certificate of achievement.
The afternoon session of our 5 day camps will focus on the improvement of shooting, specifically shooting technique. What sets us apart at All American Basketball Academy is that all of our drills are run with focus on game speed, game scenario and situational shooting. Kids of all ages and skill levels will improve and learn from this camp. The AABA camps will have all new material and children will work in groups more according to skill level (which all are welcome) rather than age. There will also be plenty of games and contests to make things fun for kids of all ages!!! We recommend all kids bring at least 1 juice/snack for a break. Hawk Boys Basketball Camp
Skyhawks Basketball Camp
The Hoffman Estates boys’ basketball program will be holding fun and exciting basketball camps through Hoffman Estates High School. The emphasis will be on the learning of fundamentals such as shooting, ball handling, passing and dribble moves. We will also focus on team play through 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 games. Campers will compete in daily competitions such as Hot Shot, Free Throw Contests and Tournaments. All camps will be held at the HEHS main gym and are coached by the HEHS basketball staff and varsity players. All campers will receive a camp T-shirt.
This fun, skill-intensive program is designed with the beginning to intermediate player in mind. Using our progressional curriculum and focusing on the whole player, we teach your child the skills needed both on and off the court to be a better athlete. Our basketball staff will focus on respect, teamwork and responsibility, starting each day with a “skill of the day” and progressing into drills and games. The result is an unforgettable camp experience for your young athlete. After a week of passing, shooting, dribbling and rebounding, your child will show you why this is one of our most popular programs. All participants receive a t-shirt and a merit award.
