THE WEATHER PROJECT

In this installation, The Weather Project, representations of the sun and sky dominate the expanse of the Turbine Hall. “ I work a lot with our perception of time, of duration, and of how the felt feeling of being present in a situation also determines how that situation unfolds // Thinking in practice interview

YOUR RAINBOW PANORAMA

“I have created a space which virtually erases the boundaries between inside and outside – where people become a little uncertain as to whether they have stepped into a work or into a part of the museum. This uncertainty is important to me, as it encourages people to think and sense beyond the limits within which they are accustomed to moving.

YOUR SHARED PLANET

A set of colored filter glasses with mirrors turn the museums terrace into a spherical kaleidoscope in ‘your shared planet’. with this work, the artist offers the visitor a different view of the city.

“ The problem with putting the model of the person seeing at the center is that it often results in normative ideas of spatiality and personhood. I would like to have the model of the subjective and singular experience at the center // Bombsite
