Keep Texas beautiful training On Thursday, September 15th, Keep Childress Beautiful will host training sessions tailored to interested communities from 9:00—4:00 on September 15th the “Main Events” Center in Childress, which is located at 240 North Main Street. Training will be on the KTB focus areas of liter prevention, beautification and waste reduction. Discussions will also focus on Affiliate Coordination, Award Applications,
Board Development, Event Planning, fundraising, Recycling, Social Media, Volunteer Management and Youth Programs. The September 15th training will highlight Affiliate Coordination and Youth Programs. The Waste in Place curriculum will be discussed, as well as hands-on activities. The training is free and is open to anyone interested in learning more about Keep Texas Beautiful.
