When buyers are looking at properties online or in estate agent’s particulars, they make their minds up in seconds.
That is why it is so important to have the best photographs of your home, getting the photos right and it could mean higher offers and a quicker sale. Now more than ever we are finding that buyers are also looking for virtual tours of a property to how they feel on a virtual walk around before they visit in person.
We are proud to be one of the first independent agents to launch our very own VIEW360. Which is a 360 Virtual Tour of your home and floorplan, all completed in one visit and is sure to wow your potential buyers.
The VIEW360 means buyers can walk around the entire property before even setting foot through the door. The feedback from sellers and buyers has been tremendous and the quality of physical viewing conversion from viewing to offer has increased.
To make sure we capture your property in its best light we will require your assistance in helping to prepare for the photography being done.
