Dean comes from a career spanning nearly 35 years in the property industry. Having covered almost every aspect of agency. Energy and enthusiasm and his colourful character have rewarded him with being the agent of choice in his field. His expansion plans for Jackson and Co are endless and he prides himself on having one of the largest client portfolios within his marketplace.

Dean is very much a front man in his business, and he leads and drives his team to continued success. Very much a hands-on Managing Director and will always offer a personal approach to all his clients.

Craig joined Jackson & Co during 2015 in the role of Sales Director for Jackson & Co Property Services and brought with him an unmatched determination and an enviable amount of industry experience. Familiar with the Colchester area for all his working career, Craig has a following of clients and a passion for success. Quite simply, there is a reason that Craig courts success and this is down to his knowledge and understanding of his clients’ needs, he understands the importance of buying and selling a home and will guide and advise throughout the entire process.

Having started her career in estate agency, Emma has many years of local knowledge and a complete understanding of the market in our area. Having also held a very successful career as a specialist in facilitating elite holidays for clients, she possesses a trained eye for attention to detail and a perfection in the work that she carries out. This experience, teamed with her many years in agency, means that Emma’s approach to her job is not only hugely professional but places the client’s needs as the main priority in every situation.

Danny has brought to Jackson and Co an infectious energy and enthusiasm. His role as Branch Valuer, is to bring new clients to the business and he does this with an honest and transparent approach and an absolute tenacious professionalism. Coming from a background of customer care and catering management, Danny knows exactly how to understand each client and their specific needs. His animated and lively personality is consistent and unwavering, and he brings a ray of sunshine to the working day.

KITTY WALKER Assistant Sales Manager

Kitty has joined Jackson and Co Sales with a plethora of experience within the property industry. She not only has a professional appreciation of the property market but an innate personal interest in all things related to property, from design, architecture and market conditions. This interest has enabled her to understand fully the needs of her clients and impart her knowledge and support them in their property search. Bringing to the team a calm demeanour and a methodical approach to her role, She provides an authentic and honest approach to the service provided.

Sarah joined Jackson & Co in 2014 as the HR and Compliance Advisor and has supported and assisted with the development of change within the Company. Having worked within the property industry for the last 20 years, there is no area of the business that Sarah is not familiar with. In her supportive role, Sarah will go the extra mile to safeguard client retention throughout the business and her success has been measured on a Customer Care work ethic which she feels very passionate about.

Sunni delivers a thorough and tenacious service to all our clients. She will endeavour to make sure that all her boxes are ticked, and the process of administration is dealt with seamlessly. Sunni is the backbone of our administration team and she works tirelessly with the team to ensure that all paperwork is completed exactly to the book. Her attention to detail provides a smooth and speedy transaction, all the time.

Having worked for us previously and then completing his degree, Tom returned to us as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. His attention to detail and customer service skills afforded him a senior role within the organisation where he is well respected and regarded for his calm and measured approach in such a busy and driven working environment. Customer care is part of Tom’s mantra and he will work over and above to maintain that service levels are met, and expectations are reached.

Jackson and Co are privileged to have their very own Chinese client liaison officer as part of the lettings team. Not only is May adorable and hardworking, she is also multilingual and is able to assist and guide many of our overseas clients through what can be a complicated process. It can often be quite stressful if there is a language barrier and May’s calm and understanding nature is perfect for this position. May will go above and beyond to assist and is conscientious in every task that is positioned to her.
