THE PRO CHEF MAGAZINE – WHERE FOOD COMES FIRST With more than 15,000 food outlets in the UAE alone the food and beverage sector in the Middle East has gone through a period of rapid growth. The Pro Chef magazine launched by CPI Media Group in 2012 has been committed to helping the decision makers within kitchens in the region source the best quality and greatest value products and services. In September 2017, The Pro Chef magazine will be relaunched to focus on key areas of concerns for chefs and procurement departments now. As a quarterly print publication and digital platform distributed to every 4 and 5 star hotel restaurant outlet, all major F&B franchisees alongside the rapidly expanding independent restaurant group market we have a very simple vision: Help food and beverage outlets develop great food at great value whilst providing unique experiences for the consumer.

AWARDS: The Great Flavour Awards July 2017 Launched in 2017 by CPI Media Group, the Great Flavour Awards aim to recognise the very best ingredients available to consumers throughout the UAE. We believe that as the region’s leading food publisher that it is our responsibility to enhance the produce consumers and chefs use every evening to prepare their family meals, showcase local food production, identify what really is organic and healthy and celebrate those supermarkets, delicatessens and food distributors that constantly strive to improve the level of produce on their plates.

THE PRO CHEF AWARDS NOVEMBER 2017 As a true celebration to recognise the achievements of those continuously raising the bar in the Middle East's F&B sector, The Pro Chef Middle East Awards were launched three years ago. Again, this year nominations and winners will be drawn exclusively from 4- and 5-star outlets and equivalent independent restaurants, from across the region, in several categories that celebrate the skills and expertise in the most successful of kitchens.
