I am going to be honest , I was scared of my roommate at first. It was a tough time in the beginning but persistence is one of the most important tools I learned here, so I gave it another shot and we became lifelong friends and someone now I call a sister. Hi incoming Pennington student! Like any school, there will be ups and downs. The positivity and breath of community that Pennington brings will overthrow any negative emotions. My biggest piece of wisdom to you as you either begin or continue your journey here is to live in the moment and do not let others’ opinions knock you down.
