• Become the trusted advisor • Service = seeds to what matters • Nurture what you want to see grow • Educate the market on where they want to go • Form relationships and earn trust • Get a coach who is different to your environment • Courage is found in commitment • Give value first – money will come • Have high expectations backed with support • Whatever you do, don’t be beige • People love to hear stories • Can’t expect to win if you don’t turn up • If you want results, take action • Give people a story so they can join in • Nothing builds self-esteem like accomplishment
