hen Pixon Apartments opened a year ago, the building welcomed new residents to Lake Nona with urban-inspired modern flats, innovative amenities, unique installations by local artists and room for retail
use on the ground floor. Since then, a mix of restaurants and boutique fitness studios have moved in, adding new locally-owned businesses to Lake Nona with Rukus Cycling Studios, Club Pilates and Foxtail Coffee.
