Peach Swirl Cups 4 oz. Dart containers with covers (can be purchased in most grocery stores.) 1 28-oz can of peaches in light syrup ž cup confectioners sugar 2 oz. oil 2 T. lemon juice 1 T. vanilla sugar

This is our family’s version of italian ices.

Directions: 1. Blend all ingredients. Place 2.5 oz. into each cup. 2. Add 1 oz. vanilla yogurt in the center. Swirl with a toothpick. 3. Cover and freeze.

16-oz. container vanilla yogurt

Seasoned Chef: For parve version, omit vanilla yogurt. To achieve marblized effect make the version featured on the cover , put the vanilla yogurt into ice pop molds, letting it drip down the sides and then put the peach.
