HBC Friday Night Football
HBC is going to run a new football programme for Millwater residents this year at Metro Park East. This program is for 5 to 8-year-olds and will be run under lights for the football season. This starts Friday the 5th April and runs every Friday from 5 till 6pm till September. This is in addition to the HBC Saturday programme that takes place at Stanmore Bay every Saturday morning. The idea behind Friday nights is to give families an alternative to Saturday morning. It also allows kids who may have other commitments or are involved in other sports a chance to play football.

The programme will be based around NZ Football ‘whole of football’ plan that combines a half-hour training drill followed by three 10-minute games. If you would like more information please email robert@hbcafc. org.nz or if you are interested in other age groups please go to www.hbcafc.org.nz
