the Cocktail Club Wimbledon is almost here so break out
the Pimm’s, sunshine and strawberries and cream! Pimm’s is a fantastic liqueur and far too versatile to be enjoyed exclusively in one cocktail, so here are a couple of variations as well as the original Pimm’s and lemonade... After all it has been almost twelve months since we have seen the sun!
Pimm’s & Lemonade
Take a tall glass filled with ice and add 1/3 Pimms, 2/3 lemonade with some mint, a slice of cucumber, some orange and a couple of strawberries.
Pimm’s & Ginger
Take a tall glass filled with ice and add 1/3 Pimm’s, 2/3 Ginger Ale, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint
Pimm’s Royal
In a Champagne Flute add 25mls of Pimm’s then top up with Prosecco and garnish with a strawberry
Pimm’s Duece
Take a tall ice filled glass and add 1/3 Pimms, 1/3 orange juice and 1/3 cranberry juice then garnish with a strawberry and slice of orange. Good luck Andy Murray... Bottoms up!
