CEREMONY Rain pushed Whitney and Brian’s ceremony indoors, but, luckily, “the huge window overlooking the lake made a beautiful backdrop,” Brian says.

THEIR STORY Whitney Harris (34 and a jeweler) and Brian Rumble (40 and a creative strategist and student) collect experiences. Not only did the two get to know each other while training for a half marathon, but Brian proposed on a glacier lagoon in Iceland. From there, Whitney and Brian planned their greatest experience yet: their wedding, which they celebrated over a weekend at Camp Canadensis. “It was so great to be able to go to adult summer camp for a weekend,” Brian says. The camp aesthetic informed all of the details, from custom Camp Canadensis mugs to pennant flags for each of the guest cabins. Whitney and Brian even provided their loved ones with merit badges, rewarding them for making new friends or trying ultra-spicy hot sauce. By the time of the ceremony, Brian admits the wedding “almost felt like a technicality,” until his favorite wedding experience of all: the first look. —LB
