Eight years after a mutual friend introduced them in college, Hayley Reed (29 and a social worker) and Shiva Bhashyam (32 and a private wealth advisor) hosted an epic wedding weekend that spanned three days, two ceremonies and two very distinct venues. With an informal garden party in mind, the pair first wed in a civil ceremony at Lyndhurst Mansion in the groom’s hometown, followed by a traditional Hindu wedding at Tarrytown House Estate. “It was a multicultural affair reflecting our unified love for our families, cultures and unique traditions,” Hayley says. —RS
