For newlyweds Myisha Chapple (35 and a brand marketing manager) and Armon Moore (32 and a creative director), staying true to their personal brand was key on the day of their “I dos.” Together, the pair designed their Gucci-inspired invitations, and Armon created a custom “family logo” that appeared throughout their wedding stationery, including their programs, which took the form of personalized magazines that detailed their love story. After an opulent ceremony at a 12-story cathedral, Myisha and Armon moved the celebration to an Oakland historic landmark and reimagined train station. “We drew inspiration from the Garden of Eden and Kanye West’s ‘Runaway’ video,” Myisha says of transforming the elegant yet raw site with white linens, gilded accents and plenty of candlelight. —RS
