Jones by deed of Yue Yin and Didi Na, dated June 23, 2009, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Sumter County on November 9, 2009, in Deed Book 1131 at Page 3339. TERMS OF SALE: FOR CASH. The Master in Equity will require a deposit of 5% of the bid amount in cash or certified funds, which is to be applied on the purchase price upon compliance with the bid.
