Meetings: The Hall Meetings for groups up to 50 can be held in The Hall. Our Events Team can work with you to arrange the room in any number of configurations to accommodate your needs, including one round table in the center of the room, one large rectangular conference-style table, or in a U-shape for presentations and group discussions.

Additional Equipment With a built-in surround-sound system, custom lighting, and wi-fi access, The Hall easily accommodates audio-visual presentations of all kinds. The Inn’s 42” flat-screen television, DVD player, white board, and flip-chart are available to rent, and our Events Team can make arrangements for additional projection, display and presentation equipment upon request.

Food & Beverage: Continental Breakfast In addition to hot House-made beignets and French Press coffee delivered to your door by your Butler in the morning, a continental breakfast with freshly-brewed coffee, juice and refreshments, House-made pastries, bagels, fresh fruit and optional hot breakfast enhancements will get the workday started right. Breakfast can be presented in Vintage Restaurant* or in The Hall before the day’s business begins. Breaktime Refreshments Choose from a variety of gourmet breaktime snack options from corporate menus designed by Executive Chef Jason Daniels. Special House-made mid-morning and afternoon snacks with your choice of a half- or full-day beverage station with freshly brewed coffee & decaf, bottled waters, juices and sodas will be available on the patio directly outside The Hall or in The Salon* on the main floor of the adjoining Manor House. Lunch A gourmet lunch can be served with any variety of service options: stations-style for an informal “networking” lunch, a more formal plated lunch or even gourmet boxed lunches designed by Chef Daniels for lunch on the go. Our Events Team can work with you to custom-design your lunch by pre-selecting from corporate menus designed with versatility in mind. Seated Dinner Enjoy an incredibly special seated gourmet dinner at The Chef ’s Table in Vintage Restaurant or in The Hall. Order a la carte from our seasonal menu, custom-design your own multi-course dinner by pre-selecting from our gourmet corporate menus, or enjoy a custom-crafted multi-course Chef ’s Tasting for a truly spectacular culinary experience. Our award-winning wine list features over 100 vintages, including an entire section devoted to celebrated local Virginia wines from the Monticello Wine Trail right in our backyard. Using our 60-inch rounds, pintuck linens and chiviari chairs, The Barn can be arranged in crescent rounds around a presentation display, in group tables or in any number of other configurations to suit your needs.

The Inn’s 42” flat-screen television, DVD player, white board, and flip-chart are available to rent, and our Events Team will arrange additional projection, display and presentation equipment upon request.

Breakout Spaces In addition to our larger meeting venues, The Inn at Willow Grove’s many smaller spaces, such as The Chef ’s Table in Vintage Restaurant, The Library and Salon* in the Manor House, the Sun Room in the Pub, can easily accommodate breakout sessions and small group workshops. Our Events Team will help you to designate space for smaller sessions based upon group size.

Whether a formal seated meal or a more casual “working” lunch, Executive Chef Jason Daniels’ corporate menus are designed with versatility in mind. Our corporate partner The Holiday Inn on Round Hill, located just minutes down the road from The Inn, offers additional accommodations for groups of this size. The award-winning Holiday Inn on Round Hill features 65 rooms and suites with panoramic Blue Ridge views to impress even the most discerning guest. Additional accommodations can also be arranged through The Inns at Monpelier Association, which offers a total of 49 additional bed and breakfast-style rooms in properties all within a ten-mile radius of The Inn at Willow Grove. As your Corporate Concierge, we work closely with property owners on your behalf to book accommodations, coordinate schedules, and make additional arrangements, including optional transportation, based on your preferences. Our Events Team will ensure that everyone is close, comfortable and ready to participate in the day’s events.

The Barn is the perfect space to accommodate groups of this size. Using our 60-inch rounds, pintuck linens and chiviari chairs, The Barn can be arranged in crescent rounds around a presentation display, in group tables or in any number of other configurations to suit your needs. Space for convention-style booths or additional displays can be provided in The Ruins.

We can arrange for a private, extended tour of the museum and live archeological dig site for a truly incredible experience. Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson A beautiful 35-minute country drive from The Inn, the spectacular historic home of Thomas Jefferson is well worth the trip. We can make arrangements for a group outing that includes shuttle service to and from Monticello, a group tour of the property and a stop at the historic Michie’s Tavern for lunch and shopping.

Civil War Battlefields This area of Central Virginia is rich in Civil War history; a driving tour of important battle sites and landmarks is a fascinating way to tour the Virginia countryside. We can organize a private guided tour led by local historians and Civil War experts from TourGuide LTD. Gourmet boxed lunches from Real Food or Stonefire Station can be provided for the group.

Antiques Lecture & Shopping at Melrose Antiques Enjoy a private lecture on antique collecting from the area’s premier antique shop. Listen, learn, and explore their wonderful shop for incredible one-of-a-kind finds from around the world! Enjoy a casual gourmet lunch at Elmwood at Sparks, within walking distance on historic Main Street in Orange.

Charming Gordonsville Known for its genteel Virginia charm and European flair, historic downtown Gordonsville is a wonderful place for an afternoon outing. Visitors can enjoy tours of the historic Exchange Hotel Museum, site of a Civil War Hospital and later a Freedman’s Bureau during Reconstruction. About The Monticello Wine Trail Today, the Commonwealth of Virginia is the 5th largest producer of wine in the United States, with the Monticello Wine Trail as its crown-jewel. Amongst the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Monticello Wine Trail is composed of over 30 wineries producing fine wines of national and international acclaim. Over half of Virginia’s 2000 vineyard acres grow within the Monticello appellation, and the area continues to grow and expand in prominence as a premier producer of American wine.

Barboursville Vineyards One of the finest vineyards in the state of Virginia, with award-winning* wines that have helped pave the way for the Virginia Wine Trail, Barboursville Vineyards is world-renowned for its rich heritage in Italian - American wine making. Hard at work in The Barn The Barn ~ For groups up to 100, the 3,100 sf Barn features a large stone-clad gas fireplace, soaring ceilings, large French doors with countryside views, dedicated restrooms, wi-fi access, built-in surroundsound system, customizable lighting and automated climate control.

The Hall ~ Adjoining the Manor House, this intimate space seats up to 50 and features cofferred ceilings, a stately gas fireplace, sunny French doors offering 360 views and stylish furnishings consistent with our chic “urban meets plantation” style.

The Ruins ~ An antique stone foundation covered with a custom-frame tent, The Ruins are an outdoor exension of The Barn and can accommodate breakout sessions, seated meals, vendor booths, networking events and entertainment.

The Chef’s Table ~ A private dining room that seats up to 18, The Chef ’s Table in Vintage Restaurant has a private entrance with exclusive access to two outdoor firepits in a garden just outside.
