100% YOUTH LED That's right - you read that right. The International Development House is 100% youth led, from the top to the bottom. All of our Executive Board is under the age of 30, too. The incredibly diverse community of The IDHouse is one of our greatest strengths. We already represent over half of the countries in the world, and we're only just getting started. To maintain our relevance and our ability to scale our impact, we are and will always remain, 100% youth led. Our work is pioneered entirely by our Local, Regional, and Global Ambassadors, as well as piloted by our Executive Board.
