At Sweetwater cuisine, we take a custom approach with each and every client we service. This allows you to tailor all the details–menu, presentation, and decor–to your vision. As one of the most award-winning caterers in the eastern region of Virginia, Sweetwater cuisine is the caterer you depend on to create a unique reception. your guests will be raving for years to come.

Upon your initial inquiry, you will be paired with an event designer who will guide you through the entire planning process. With your vision and tastes in mind, Your Designer works with you to customize your menu. Then, based on this menu, a comprehensive plan for the day of your reception will be created. This plan may include coordination of rentals, tabletop design, linens, floor plans, bar services, and appropriate service staff that you will need on your special day.

The following book contains samples of Actual menus we have created for previous bridal couples. These samples represent a range of menu, service options, and venues, but are quite simply ideas for you to consider as you start putting together the vision for your event.

I DO! Sweetwater offers a unique line of vintage rental which may enhance your reception. From vintage china to vintage lounge, we offer both elegant and rustic options to fit your vision. Ask you event designer for details. Please note: Prices featured in the following menus represent actual catering fees to previous clients. These prices include: the entire menu featured; appropriate service staff to efficiently serve the listed guest count; bar charges (when applicable); transportation charges; admin/operations fees (service charge); and all catering equipment (i.e. buffet equipment, serveware, salt and pepper shakers, etc.). Prices listed do not include: applicable rentals (linens, china, flatware, glassware, kitchen equipment etc.); applicable liquor (in certain cases some menus feature a signature cocktail by which we would have included the mixer for the cocktail, but not the alcoholic beverages.
