AIM : To deliver a clear pathway to World Class Manufacture that meets “Best Practice” against Global Food Safety Standards HOW : 

Uses a comprehensive food safety risk assessment protocol that is split into 30 sections.

Compliance is assessed & scored in each section and allocated a rating (CHAOS / REACTIVE / CONTROL / INNOVATE / WORLD CLASS )

The sections are allocated to one of 5 pyramid levels (from CHAOS to WORLD CLASS). Sections in CHAOS / REACTIVE / CONTROL are considered essential in creating a base standard for food safety. Progress is shown by moving up the levels from CHAOS to WORLD CLASS.

Tracking “World Class Manufacture” ratings provides business focus to manage risk, allocate resource & measure progress in individual sites or the group.

Training is delivered via a mix of workshop based discussions, power point presentations and most importantly, practical exercises, where delegates are expected to apply and discuss their new skills by reviewing them on the factory floor. All courses are based on current BRC and UK Retailer Codes of Practice and auditing standard requirements. 1 DAY COURSE COST: 5 Delegates £975 (+ VAT) plus consultant expenses at cost. Where appropriate, additional delegates charged at £175 (+ VAT) per person.

PLAN Ensure legislative and Retailer "Codes of Practice" requirements are recognised and applied to the new factory design. Provide cross functional expertise as a Project Team Member to input from initial design to project completion.
